All rentals are dependent on availability of the system requested and are rented / demoed on a first-come-first-served basis. Optical Gas Imaging / OGI Cameras are NOT available for rental. Unfortunately, we do not rent cameras outside of the United States. All infrared camera rentals include standard Accessories and Software.
The S-Series stands for "Scientific", while the P-Series stands for "Professional". The difference between the S-Series and P-Series is the video update rate or frames per second: S-Series cameras run at 9 Hz and P-Series cameras run at 50/60 Hz. Generally, the S-Series camera is for research and development where a high definition video output is not necessary, and it does NOT REQUIRE an export license. Unfortunately, the P-Series 50/60 Hz infrared cameras REQUIRE an export license.
The FDA only gives clearance to thermal cameras, and, as of 2009, ICI is only one of two infrared camera manufacturers that has FDA 510K clearance. This clearance applies to our our S and P series infrared cameras, and we have specifically built the ICI ETI 7320 P for medical use. Our devices are intended for use as an adjunct to other clinical procedures.
At ICI we recommend that you have your infrared camera calibrated once yearly. Calibration is a process of ensuring that the temperature measurement of your infrared camera stays within the industry standard of ± 2°C or ±2%, whichever is greater. Uncalibrated cameras may produce highly inaccurate temperature readings resulting in a misdiagnosis. Infrared Cameras Inc has full facilities for the calibration of all ICI infrared thermal imaging cameras and products.
At Infrared Cameras Inc we are always up for a challenge. Our highly trained staff of thermographers are always willing to work with researchers to help them determine the best possible thermal imaging solution for their particular application.
Delivery depends on stock at hand. Please, call us at 1-409-861-0788, or Toll Free at 1-866-861-0788, and we will let you know an exact date. Generally, if we do not have the thermal imaging camera in stock, it will take 60 to 90 days for delivery. Custom Projects and requests may take up to 90 to 180 days to fill.
Unless otherwise requested, all of our infrared thermal imaging cameras come with software. The software, unless otherwise stated, is included in the price of the infrared camera. Please, call for details.
All new ICI cameras and systems are warrantied from manufacture defects for up to one year (12 months) from purchase date stated on original invoice. An extended one year (12 months) warranty may be purchased for an additional fee of 10% of the purchase price and must be acquired at the time of the initial camera purchase.
