The GC-76 core is specially designed to quickly, accurately, and safely detect and locate gas leaks - without system downtime. Temperature measurement up to 120°C (248°F) meets the requirements of industrial settings and is ideal for petroleum, chemical, natural gas, and electric power applications. Monitoring for gas leaks assists in daily equipment maintenance, accident prevention, and environmental protection. The GC-76 can be integrated into fixed mounted and handheld devices.

Advanced Thermal Core for Gas Leak Detection

The ICI GC-76 is a compact, high-sensitivity thermal core designed for the detection of methane and other industrial gases. With a 640 × 512 pixel resolution and detection capability for gases such as methane, nitrous oxide, sulfur dioxide, and refrigerants, it enables rapid identification of gas leaks without disrupting system operations. It is ideal for use in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, and power generation facilities, supporting safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance.

Integrated Temperature Measurement for Industrial Use

The GC-76 supports temperature measurement up to 120°C (248°F) with an accuracy of ±3°C or ±3%, making it well-suited for industrial monitoring, maintenance, and safety inspections. It includes customizable point, line, and area temperature analysis, enabling operators to focus on critical zones for thermal monitoring and gas leak detection in complex environments.

Compact, Lightweight, and Built for Integration

Designed for easy integration into fixed or handheld devices, the GC-76 weighs only 21 grams (0.74 oz) and measures just 26 mm × 26 mm × 22 mm. Its low power consumption (1.3W) and robust environmental tolerance (shock resistance, wide temperature and humidity ranges) make it a reliable choice for embedded industrial applications and UAV-based gas detection systems.

Versatile Video Output and Onboard Image Processing

The ICI GC-76 offers both analog (PAL/NTSC) and digital (BT.656, LVCMOS, LVDS) video formats, along with built-in image polarity control, brightness adjustment, reticle overlays, and digital zoom (up to 8x). It features internal non-uniformity correction and advanced image enhancement, ensuring clear, real-time visuals for accurate gas leak detection and temperature analysis in the field or on the factory floor.
